Direct and control the operation of the CCTV & ELTRACS maintenance contracts and also the Commissioning Assurance and Data Management teams.
Basically: Two more contracts to set-up. Make sure the installation of Traffic Signals get transfered on to the TCMS contract in a fit state, fully documented. Manage the managers and bigger budgets.

TfL Toolbox is a Pocket PC program for VT100 based controller communication. In particular Traffic Signal Controllers. Written by Paul Van Gelder, it has as much functionality as possible has been bundled into one program in an attempt to make a one for all application. It can connect vertically every type of Traffic Signal Controller for example Siemens T700/T800/T900, Peek TSC3/TRX, Microsense Sentinel. Making Pocket PC or PDA into handset terminal.
TfL Toolkit also has an accompanying user guide.
