Found this wonderful photo mosaic generation programme.

You need to read this INSTALL file and compile with care. Debian users should:-
* apt-get libmagick++*-dev libssl-dev libjpeg62-dev.
* Change base.h

* Comment out lines 18 and 60 in albumImage.cpp.
